Modern Slavery Policy – Cottonfrog (a division of Safety First Manufacturing Co Ltd)

1. Purpose of This Policy

Cottonfrog is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our business and supply chains. We take our responsibilities under the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 seriously and will not tolerate any form of slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, or human trafficking.

2. Our Commitment

·         We operate ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings.

·         We expect the same high standards from our suppliers, contractors, and business partners.

·         We require suppliers to confirm they comply with all relevant labour laws and do not engage in any form of modern slavery.

3. Our Supply Chain

We supply embroidered uniforms and workwear using raw materials from trusted manufacturers and distributors. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure:

·         Fair wages and safe working conditions for all workers.

·          No use of forced, bonded, or child labour.

·         Compliance with all relevant employment laws in the countries where they operate.

4. Due Diligence

To reduce the risk of modern slavery in our supply chain, we:

·         Source products only from reputable suppliers with proven compliance standards.

·         Request evidence of ethical sourcing and compliance where appropriate.

·         Review our supplier relationships regularly.

5. Raising Concerns

If any employee, supplier, or customer suspects modern slavery in our operations or supply chain, they should report it immediately to Emily Drake, Managing Director. All reports will be taken seriously and investigated promptly.

6. Training & Awareness

We are committed to raising awareness of modern slavery within our team. Staff involved in procurement and supplier management are briefed on recognising and reporting potential risks.

7. Review of Policy

This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as needed to reflect changes in legislation, business practices, or risk assessments.
