Returns Policy – Cottonfrog (a division of Safety First Manufacturing Co Ltd)

Made-to-Order Products

All our garments are customised with your logo or branding.

As such, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised or made-to-order goods are exempt from the usual 14-day cancellation period.

This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or decide the item is no longer required.

Please be aware that colours may differ between brands. Sizing should allow tolerances of 10%.

Before We Start Production

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us before we begin embroidery or any customisation work. Once production has started, the order is non-refundable except in the case of faulty or incorrect goods. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:

·         faulty,

·         damaged, or

·         not as per the approved artwork/logo,

please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

We will arrange for inspection and, if confirmed, offer:

·        a replacement, or

·        a full refund (including delivery costs).

Checking Sizes and Proofs

To avoid problems:

·        Please check all size guides carefully before ordering.

·        Review and approve your logo proof thoroughly — embroidery will match the proof you sign off.

We cannot accept responsibility for sizing issues or design changes requested after approval.

Returns Process for Faulty/Incorrect Goods

1. Contact us at sales@cottonfrog.co.uk or call us on 01752 981844 with your order number and details of the issue.

2. We may ask for photographs to speed up resolution.

3. If a return is required, we will provide the return address and cover postage for approved faulty/incorrect items.

Delivery Information

Our standard delivery time is approximately 7–10 working days from artwork approval and payment. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, seasonal demand, and courier delays.

If any garments are out of stock, we’ll contact you promptly to discuss suitable alternatives or revised delivery dates.

If your order is urgent, please let us know when placing it so we can advise on the quickest options.

Business Customers

These terms apply to both consumer and business orders.

As all goods are personalised, returns are only accepted where items are faulty or produced incorrectly.
